Bright aromatics and flavours full of apple, quince, pear and mandarin zest with a touch of tarragon / anise coming to mind and heaps of mouth-watering salinity building to a very tasty fruit-driven finish. I find riesling-like acidity, pinot gris-like fruit and viognier-like body richness and texture.
