This Rum Barrel-Aged Merlot combines the traditional craftsmanship of California winemaking with the tradition of dark rum barrel aging for a bold and unique sensory experience. Rich aromas of molasses, maple, and black plum, and jammy, but well-balanced flavours of plum and blueberry. Once aged in the Rum barrels, flavours like toasted coconut, molasses, and rich vanilla really shine through.
