A core of rich plum and dark berry fruit, carrying lifted aromatic notes of violets, cardamom, mulling spices, and black pepper, along with savoury sage like herbal undertones. Subtle tones of roasted coffee bean / cacao nib and charcuterie bring further depth and complexity.
