Bandini Prosecco Extra Dry N V

The bouquet reminds me of creaming soda with a twist of lemon and the taste brings memories of yellow heritage apples and muscat grapes with lively large bubbles that pop exuberantly. It’s refreshing and quenching with a crisp dry finish but not as dry as the ‘extra dry’ on the label would have you think. Great for lunch or an aperitif.
