Wooing Tree Blondie 2023

The bouquet hints of pear drops and strawberry water and while it initially smells a little like pinot gris it is actually made from 100% pinot noir without skin contact, hence the barely-there pink hue. Crisp and dry in the palate with hints of dry cherry, a suggestion of almond, a touch of spice and a bright zing of citrus as the wine lingers, it’s actually quite complex as it evolves with every sip.
