Inky black red in hue – seemingly opaque and impenetrable. The concentrated deep, dark, brooding bouquet also offers up a berry brightness, chocolate biscuits and cake spices. Full bodied and creamy in the mouth with thick velvety tannins, mocha, spices and savoury notes with youthful acidity adding brightness and a mouthfilling finish that is well integrated and seamless. A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Shiraz and 13% Merlot with 18 months in both French and American oak.
