Trinity Hill Syrah 2021

Dense black cherry in hue. Peppery on the nose and soft in the palate with a silky pinot noir-like tannin structure, red peppercorns, cake spices, dark cherry and blackberry fruit, and a meaty complexity to the savoury finish. A medium bodied, fresh, bright, easy drinking style with not too much influence of oak. A fantastic introduction to Hawkes Bay syrah.
