Lifted red fruits on the nose and bright, fresh and spicy in the palate with touches of milk chocolate and cocoa, juicy cherry and mulberry fruit, more fine chocolate layers and creamy vanillin oak. Generous on the finish that’s laced with nutmeg and pepper and firmness to the tannins that coat the mouth gently. Gold NZIWS.
