Redmetal Merlot Cabernet Franc 2021

Rich black red. The bouquet is bright and fruity with wafts of polished savoury French oak a perfect teaser to the full-bodied and seemingly youthful, slightly sappy oak palate that becomes quite rounded as the wine flows. Ripe fruit, ripe tannins, touches of cigar box and Christmas cake spices lift the fleshy mouthfilling finish where there is a pleasing touch of grip.
