Pewsey Vale Eden Valley Riesling 2022

A beautifully detailed Riesling, the delicate bouquet shows lemon/lime, floral and white peach characters with a hint of flint. The palate is focused and linear, yet generously flavoured with excellent fruit concentration and fine texture leading to an impressively long, racy finish. A cellar-worthy wine but it’s also delectably tasty already. Enjoy with fresh oysters, seared scallops, salt and pepper squid or a Thai noodle salad. 0.8g/l RS.
