Unfortunately we do not send wine to destinations outside of New Zealand.
General Order Conditions
By placing an order you have represented to First Glass Wines & Spirits that you are at least 18 years old.
First Glass makes every effort to ensure that products are delivered to you in the best possible condition. Any claims for short delivery or breakage or any other defect or deficiency must be notified to us immediately. See below - What happens if any of my wines are damaged or missing?
You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered and in fulfilment of your order unless we hear from you within 24 hours of collection or delivery.
Where do we deliver?
We offer delivery service to almost any address in New Zealand - unfortunately we do not send wine to destinations outside New Zealand.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery but the minimum courier charge of one case rate applies to all orders.
When will my order be delivered?
Monday to Friday
|North Shore||Orders can be same day or next day depending on order timing & availability of couriers - we'll let you know|
|Auckland (Metro & Greater)||Overnight|
|Rest of North Island||1-2 days|
|South Island||2-3 days|
|Waiheke Islands||2-3 days|
For Rural Delivery please allow a couple of extra days
Please advise clearly where you would like the wine to be left.
Couriers will not leave a delivery if someone is not there to receive it, unless instructed to. If you are not going to be present to accept the delivery please advise us a private and sheltered place to leave the delivery - we cannot be responsible for the wine once it has been delivered.
What happens if any of my wines are damaged or missing?
Every effort is made to ensure your wine arrives in the same perfect condition it left us. If anything is damaged it will be replaced free of charge but please remember to contact us immediately just like if any of your order is missing. Important - we cannot be responsible for missing or damaged wine if you have given us authority for the wine to be left without a signature.
