Molly Dooker The Boxer Shiraz 2022

This is a rich, ripe, juicy blockbuster. Concentrated red and black fruits fill the bouquet with a dusting of chocolate and a suggestion of liquorice and it’s deliciously spicy in the smooth creamy palate with bright fruit reminiscent of blueberries, mulberries and black cherries together with a touch of chocolate on a bed of plush velvety tannins. It’s cosy and enveloping with a blood warming feel, underlying vanillin oak and a touch of savouriness bringing it into balance. This heady high alcohol red is dangerously seductive.
