Martinborough Vineyard Home Block Pinot Noir 2021

This is a monumental Pinot Noir with wonderful mouthfeel and flow. Its dark in colour. The bouquet has waves of floral notes, forest floor, Shrewsbury biscuit jam, tar, earth and game. The taste is concentrated and mouthfilling with a momentary peppery zing quickly enveloped by plump fruit and pillowy tannins. Typical Martinborough fruit of cherries, bittersweet red berries and touches of guava jelly with integrated smoky oak and gamey savoury notes. An outstanding and ethereal pinot that reveals more and more with every sip.
