Produced in the hill sides around the little village of Bergheim this Gewurtzraminer is complex and rich yet elegantly refreshing with exotic fruits, spices and a touch of ginger. Deliciously enjoyed with a spicy dish, smoked salmon and strong cheeses. A class act!
