Grant Burge 5th Generation Shiraz 20/21

This dark red wine is invitingly aromatic with lifted red fruit and generous creamy vanillin oak scents that immediately whisk you across the Tasman. On the medium side of full-bodied, it’s bright and spicy with a burst of pepper tingles, juicy ripe blackberry and cherry fruit, and nuances of chocolate and liquorice and while the tannins have a little grip, it's smooth and creamy on the finish. At this price, hard to resist.
