Church Rd Mcdonald Series Merlot 2021

This is a saturated shiny red black. The bouquet smells ripe and creamy with scents of cherry and plum jam and it presents as velvety smooth with supple tannins in the creamy palate. There’s a bit of a spicy kick with a hint of pepper, juicy plums, a touch of leather and Christmas cake connotations on the long mellow finish. A super full-bodied, deep, dark Merlot that I would be happy to recommend to everyone.
