Chocolate Box Sparkling Shiraz N.v.

A deep berry red hue with pink mouse and fine bubbles only visible on the edges. Plum jam, vanilla and violets on the nose, even more of the violet character in the palate – and plenty of chocolate too. There's a savoury depth and a subdued spiciness. Quiet a dry wine, it goes well with a chocolate, such as a dark nut chocolate or milk chocolate with a strawberry filling.
