Chateau Garage Amphora Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

Pristine Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested on the 10th April 2023. The destemmed berries filled a 500 L Hungarian amphora. Hand plunged daily and sealed up on skins and seeds for 150 days. Pressed to one aged oak barrel for 5 months and bottled in the driveway.
