Campo Viejo Tempranillo Rioja 2020

This blackberry-red hued, medium-bodied, fruit-driven wine is bright and spicy on the nose with raspberry jam (like in the middle of Shrewsbury biscuits) and juicy and spicy in the palate with dusty brambles, rosehips, underlying savoury notes. A touch of grip to the tannins balances the wine nicely and the long savoury finish is bright and tasty.
