Dark red, some translucency to the hue. Distinctly European to our kiwi palates, this is savoury and herbal with dry tannins, concentrated black cherry fruit that fills out the mid-palate and a firm peppery finish with a touch of milk chocolate coming through too, Made from predominantly Sangiovese with Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah.
