Concentrated flavours of white fleshed stone fruits that are balanced with a fresh line of crisp acidity. The wine comes from an area close to the Atlantic Ocean and hints at this maritime climate with a touch of salinity on the palate. Partial malolactic fermentation has added some subtle creamy flavours and texture. A brilliant food wine. Try it with Mediterranean.
